Settings when not working

  • Set LTE priority mode

Most countries have a low 5G network coverage rate, making it difficult to access 5G mobile communication services. If you use a 5G smartphone, try setting the network mode to LTE priority. This will enable faster network connections more easily.

LTE1  Please select [Cellular] in [Settings].
LTE2  Please select the eSIM you want to use.
LTE3  Please select [Voice and Data].
    LTE4  Please select LTE.
  • Manual network settings

When you activate eSIM, most smartphones will automatically connect to the carrier's network, but there may be instances where the connection doesn't happen immediately depending on your surroundings. In such cases, you can check the list of carrier networks available at your current location and manually select the eSIM carrier to establish the connection.
If you are unsure about the carrier or unable to connect to the manually selected carrier network, try selecting each carrier listed in the network options one by one.

netSet1  Please select [Cellular] in [Settings].
netSet2  After selecting the eSIM you want to use, press [Network Selection].
netSet3  Turn off the automatic network selection feature.
netSet4  Wait a moment for [Purchased Carrier] to appear in the list.
Select it and reboot the device.
  • Reset network settings

Depending on the smartphone's condition, network settings and connections may not function properly. In such situations, you can resolve the issue by resetting network settings. Please be cautious as this process will delete network-related information, such as Wi-Fi passwords, stored on your smartphone. Make sure to record important information in advance.

    netReset1  Select [General] in [Settings].
netReset2  Choose [Transfer or Reset iPhone] located at the bottom.
    netReset3  Select [Reset].

  • APN settings

APN(Access Point Name) is the information required to access the carrier network for data usage. Normally, when eSIM is activated, the APN is automatically configured. However, depending on the type of smartphone or eSIM, it may not be set automatically. If the APN is not automatically configured, you can manually set it using the information provided in the voucher (notification message, email).
