    General Verification Method
    eid_check Dial *#06# on the phone keypad. If the EID is shown, the device supports eSIM.

    Device-Specific Verification
    ios_check Go to Settings → Cellular. If Add eSIM (Add Cellular Plan) appears, the device supports eSIM.
    aos_check Go to Settings → Connections → SIM Manager. If Add eSIM (Add Mobile Plan) is available, the device supports eSIM.

    Some Samsung Galaxy models sold outside of South Korea are equipped with eSIM and support its use. Please check using one of the methods above.

  • · In addition to the models listed above, any device with a built-in eSIM module may be compatible.
  • · Only devices with country lock removed can use eSIM.
  • · Most devices released after 2019 are shipped without a country lock by default. If you're unsure, please contact the device manufacturer.
  • · If your device was purchased in the U.S. and has a carrier lock, it must be unlocked before eSIM can be used. Carrier locks are restrictions imposed by mobile providers—please contact your carrier to request an unlock.
