Voice Options

  • To use voice/SMS, make a reservation with data+voice/SMS package and do top up when you pick up the SIM card at LG U+ counter in airports.
  • The fee of unlimited data will be paid with the reservation, and the top-up fee of voice/SMS will be paid at LG U+ counter in airports.
  • The top-up starts from 5,500won to 55,000won at once. (domestic calls: approx. 20 mins to 200mins)
  • During the usage, you can extend the usages period and top up the voice/SMS at LG U+ website ( LG U+ website >My page)
  • If you require a product that allows voice calls, a separate "Voice Call Charge" will be added, the amount of which will depend on the charge selected at the airport counter.
  • Please note that the call duration listed in the "Voice Call Charge" applies only to domestic calls within Korea.

Notice

  • Depending on the device model you are using, there may be cases where you need to insert the SIM card and reboot the power up to 5 times.
  • Only unlocked devices can be used. Please check with your current service provider before using.
  • It is difficult to refund due to simple change of mind after receiving the product.
  • The amount paid for voice recharge and expiration date extension is non-refundable.
  • You can continue to use unlimited data at a speed of 5Mbps after using up 3GB of provided data. 3GB will be recharged every night at 12 o'clock.
  • LG U+ SIM cannot be authenticated.
  • If used for purposes other than personal use, such as illegal spam calls or advertisements, usage may be restricted.
  1. Sim card and Portable Wi-Fi:
    • Once you have made a reservation and collected the Sim Card or portable Wi-Fi at the airport, exchanges or refunds are not permitted.
    • Please ensure that you have selected the correct plan and pickup date before making your reservation.
  2. Change Requests:
    • Any changes or modifications to the Sim Card or portable Wi-Fi, such as activation date, rental period, or pick-up location, are not allowed once the reservation is confirmed.
    • It is essential to review your reservation details and double-check all the information before finalizing your purchase.
  3. Cancellation Policy:
    • Cancellations for the Sim Card or portable Wi-Fi product are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
    • Please consider your travel plans and connectivity needs carefully before proceeding with the reservation.
  4. Defective Products:
    • In the event of a defective Sim Card or portable Wi-Fi device, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
    • We will provide necessary support and solutions to resolve any issues with the product's functionality or performance.
