User Guide

How to join

Click on the [Sign Up] link and complete the form in order to create your account. Once your account is created, you can immediately benefit from our membership privileges such as discounts and reward credits. Also, it saves you all the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since you can save your information securely on our site.

How to order

Order is processed as below:

- Step 1 : Search for products.
- Step 2 : Add products to your shopping cart.
- Step 3 : Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
- Step 4 : Fill in the order form.
- Step 5 : Proceed with payment.
- Step 6 : Complete the order and you will see the order number.

How to use eSIMPLAY

  • Choose the country / region you want to use the cellular data.
  • Choose the total volume and period of validity.
  • complete the payment.
  • Your eSIM QR code will be sent over to you by email.
  • Scan the QR code and activate eSIM on your iPhone.

  • Please take into consideration that some products may take additional time for delivery and processing.
    Important : Your order is shipped once your payment has been cleared. Please contact our customer service center if you would like to request an exchange or return on your order.

    - Customs and Duties

    The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

Precautions

  • Please check if your device supports eSIM before purchasing.
  • You can check if your device supports eSIM by checking the EID item that appears after entering * # 06 # in the dial (phone). (eSIM supported if EID item exists)
  • iPhones released in China do not support eSIM functionality, and iPhones purchased in Hong Kong and Macau only support eSIM functionality for some models.

Usage period and notice

  • Usage period starts from the point of eSIM activation (network connection).
  • Expired eSIM may not be available for use.

Communication Environment Guide

  • Data usage or call quality may not be smooth due to compatibility issues between local communication environment and device.
  • Depending on the device, it may be connected to 3G or 2G due to frequency band issues with certain carriers, which is not applicable for exchange/refund reasons as it is a device-specific issue.

Caution

  • Reinstalling and issuing eSIM is difficult and refunds are not possible. Please proceed with deletion after the expiration of the validity period.
  • Please make sure that network connection is available during eSIM installation.
  • Customers with mobile protection service or SIM lock enabled should contact their current carrier to disable the service before using eSIM.
  • It is recommended to update the software of the device to the latest version for smooth eSIM usage.

Cancellation and Refund policy

  • Cancellation is possible before the eSIM voucher is sent, but it is difficult to cancel or refund after the voucher is sent because the activation information is exposed directly.
  • Problems caused by activation failures and some unused cases should be directed to the customer center.
  • The validity period of the eSIM product is 90 days. Cancellation or refund is not possible for unregistered cases after the validity period has expired.
  • No refunds or cancellations due to lack of knowledge about the product.
  • For cancellations or refunds of eSIM products, it is necessary to contact with customer service beforehand, and unilateral cancellations or refund requests after returning home without prior confirmation are not accepted.

Refunds

It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.
Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.

Other

Pending period for reward store credit:
Your reward store credit issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 20 days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available store credit balance.

Requirements:
If you pay for your order with store credit, you are required to spend a minimum store credit of #min_mileage.”
The maximum store credit you can spend on one order is “max_mileage.”

Cancellation of store credit:
Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
