3. Retention & Use Period
3.1. Principle: destroy promptly once purpose fulfilled
3.2. Internal policy: retain up to 1 year after withdrawal to prevent misuse and handle disputes

- Payment & supply records: Electronic Commerce Act, 5 years

4. Destruction Procedure & Method
4.1. Procedure: transfer to separate DB or paper archive after purpose fulfilled → destroy after retention period
